However, I do know you have too much pride as a translator to just take someone elses work and copy/paste it

it's okay, I found a full version of the lyrics on the web.
I'm more concerned with how the lines of the lyrics should be arranged since Chata literally sings ALL OVER THE PLACE, and there are so many concurrent lines...

After some research, this song appears to be from this album, by GameMusicLibrary (GML), which appears to be a doujin group active from 2000 to 2003... I say "appears" because there's scarcely any information on the web pertaining to this group, OR my search skills really suck.

My question is, would it be okay if I just stuff this song under Chata, since it's unlikely the number of GML's lyrics will ever exceed 1...?

Oh PS it's a completely different version from the original Natsukage from the AIR game. I don't think this song has much to do with the game...

To explain: using the lyrics in the video you provided, I tracked down the original song, which is titled "Natsukage AIRness", by Chata. However, I only translated the original version. Since your link is a remix version, the original version's lyrics will not match up exactly with the lyrics in your video. This "remix" version's lyrics are basically a confluence of pieces and fragments of the original lyrics.
