Hey, I'm new here, and I've got a question

What's up? Just joined AnimeForum, I'm a big fan of anime in general but I joined this website for a different purpose, which brings me to my question. I'm currently looking for a good graphic design community to join, and thats how I ended up here. So my question is, is the graphic design community here dead? Because I don't see any recent SOTW/other digital art competition threads. Just wondering, if anyone would be able to answer that'd be great

Yes, I put the SOTW on a temporary pause since I just wasnt getting participation.You can always post work in a sig thread or join the SOTWs when I get them running again [which should be soon]. Feel free to PM me with any other questions!

Thanks for the welcome everyone Great to see that the sites not dead It seems like every graphics site ive been going to has been dead. Atleast the forum-like ones anyway. Its easy to find all those blogs and sites with thousands of tutorials posted, but very few of them are useful and more importantly there's no "community" aspect to them.
Needless to say if you do restart the SOTWs i'd be happy to join in
