Looking for Anime similar to Elfen Lied, but less depressing

I am totally new to Anime, except some Anime for children on TV I have Never watched it. This changed a few days ago when I watched Elfen Lied. I totally loved, but I got really depressed from watching it. Today is the First Day I Feelings well again. Therefore I Would like to ASK You for some recomendations that aren't that depressing. It doesn't has to ne Set in Present times, but it should be fantasy.

So gore? Attack on titan was so-so people love It. Gai-Reí-Zero was dope. High school of the dead, if you love zombies. And if your new to anime May I suggest watching Darker than black. Its amazingly the best.

It doesn't have to be Gore. I started watching Darker than Back and it's pretty Good thanks. i am watching Death Note Too, the First Episoden were amazing, but they get weaker all the time :/

I have finished both seasons of Darker than black now. I really liked the first One but the second one did Not really Satisfy me... Those animes don't Last very Long :/ Do you guys also feel sad, when you get to the end of a series?

I'll try attack on tritian now...
