Ah yeah I hate double posting, but of course, I haven't posted in a while. Um so here are a few new things I've done. Some I like and others I just don't like but will post anyway. C&C would be very helpful.


I like this one. Maybe a bit too blurred and the text seems plain, but I still like it all the same.


This one I love. I guess because it flows so well.


Not too happy with this one and I don't know why :/

On the very first sig you have on page 3, personally I dont really like the text. Dosent seem to fit in very well to me. :S
The one thats in your sig is just awesome. Everything just seems to flow, no real boring/blank spots. I think the text is placed well and looks good.
The Grimmjow one, I like everything but the gray blob where the text is placed.. Seems out of place, like it dosent belong. I believe it destroyed the nice flow you had.. Maybe have it there but try and add it into the effects somehow..
The more recent, Miku one. It looks good but theres somthing odd about it that I cant seem to see.. Hmmm.... I also prefer it with the text. xD
The one you said sucks.. Ill agree, sorry xD The effects in the back seem blown up and blurred and the text dosent seem to fit..

Overall I think they look good! ^_^
Keep it up, keep them comming and I'll keep commenting!!

You definitely need work on your blending & text. You're good tho, for someone whose starting out, I'm not going to lie.
For your splatter signature, The variation of colors are too much clashing around, even though its just splatter brushes, theres just too much going on around the image. I get distracted easily from it. Try making the extra space just a colorful background or flowing around your image, rather then just putting it here and there. As for your image, work on your pentool to rid those little white lines on the edge. It'll help blend it in the signature more. As for text preferences, maybe something graffiti-ish would do, but dont make it stand out in the signature; if you glance at the signature with the text your sight is automatically focused to "splatter". You dont want that. Go for a light color but place it where the background doesnt clash with it nor does it make it stand out.

The second signature, again the blending. I love the colors here. But I dont see much of the flow. The flow seem mores upwards, but the distracted c4d? (i think thats what it is) or brush that directs towards your image loses the flow. Again the text, black isnt a good choice especially on these colors. Experiment with different fonts, colors, and placement. I know you'll find something more suitable.

Okie dokie I'll CnC the last tag made.

My biggest problem with this one is you have Mr Kuchiki in a white suit on a very dark background, with a light blue in the backdrop. These are 3 distinctive colors that are clashing. the spatter behind his head ,both left and right, doesn't fit in with the good job you've done with the rest of the blending. I would say erase that all together.

Other thing's I would change personally are the text being placed where it is because its very distracting from the focal. What i would suggest is having the text come of the focal, have the "Kenshiro" text placed behind his right shoulder and the "Blaze text Below it but placed above the focal. Not only does this save you from having your text randomly in the corner, but it does give an illusion of depth. (example here)

I would also try using a slightly thicker board, maybe 15 pixels and erased around Byakuya's head.

Oh gosh. Thanks for the tip. I never would have thought of that. I'll have to use this tip more often. Thank you. And here are my results. Though I didn't like having the border 15 pixels so I went with 10 pixels.


I took the ripple background out completely in this one


And this I only erased around the head.

I like your latest quite a bit. It's clean; a simple gradient background with a few sharp shapes that bring your eyes to the focus. Executed very well, the only things I can complain about is that the swirl feels a bit too dark/out of place and that the text seems to have been over sharpened.

Sometimes you don't need to put text anymore.
Try adding more effects :3
