Pandora Hearts

Pandora Hearts is based off of the Alice in Wonderland story. It's about a boy named Oz who has been thrown into an alternate dimension called 'the Abyss.' The reason he was thrown in the Abyss is unknown to him, but the people that trapped him inside told him it was because of his 'sin.' Within the Abyss, Oz meets a Chain named Alice, whose memories have been scattered throughout the world. Based in the Victorian era, Oz and Alice must find a way to escape the Abyss, recollect her memories, and find out Oz's 'sin.'

Kore wa Zombie Desu ka

Dokuro is an angel that one day decided to start living with a human boy named Sakura. Once learning the terrifying future Sakura would soon create, he and Dokuro now have to dodge attacks from the angels that want him dead and prevent the future Sakura wants from happening.

I would definetly recommend Sailor Moon. This is a fantastic show and you really should watch it you have the chance to!

I agree with Konata Izumi that you should try Puella Magi Madoka Magica. I just finished this a few days ago and I LOVED it! It's only 12 episodes long and while, yes, it is dark it also has the typical sweet magical girl charm.

Howdy-

Saw Ultra Maniacs earlier this week and it is a fantastic Anime that mixes Romance, lots of humour with a ton of fantasy magical elements. Basically its about this chick from a place called the magical kingdom that gets packed off to the human world to hunt down Holy Stones. She has competition from another Magical Chick who is also intent on hunting down the Magical Holy Stones. Who ever gathers all the Holy Stones gets to hook up with the Magic Kingdoms Prince.

What makes this one such an awesome Anime is the interaction between Nina (the screw up witch) and her friends as they struggle to find romance, the holy stones and keep the black magic witch at bay.

I would recomend this anime but its a bit more for adults. It does have a great story line and loads of laughs but It's a Rated M anime. :/ The thing is can I post it and not get in trouble :<?

Give Queens Blade a look. thought be warned its very Ecchi. But has a great sound track and Epic fight scenes as well as a well formated story. It has 2 seasons done. And the first episode of the thrid out from what I know.

If you don't mind reading a manga book for a change, Magical x Miracle is a 6 volume series that I would recommend. It's a great story with a lovely character design and is my favorite of the magical girl genre.
