Also, a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether, and two dozen amyls. This'll be some interesting icecream, truly worthy of a weekend in Vegas.

Making good ice cream or sorbet is easy with the right tools. I make it with my dad all the time. All you need is one of those ice cream maker tubs you put in the freezer. Pour in your sweetened cream or sorbet liquid and all you have to do is stir it with the sifters when the juice or cream around the edges gets frozen and crystalized. Piece of cake. SO far I've made molasses and passion fruit ice cream and cabiernet sovignon sorbet.
