How to make someone an admin

I made a group and I'd like one of my friends to be an admin, but I can't find where I can do that.

Groups are a little dated. As far as I remember and as far as I could see by poking around one of my old groups; you can't share who the group is maintained by like you can with sites such as tumblr.

Provided that you're the admin of the group already, when you open the group page you'll see a tag for Admin right next to the Search. Click it and at the bottom will be an option for Transfer Group. On the new page, type in the user you're transferring it to and hit request. They will have to confirm the transfer and done.

NOTE!!!! Make sure there's nothing that needs to be done before transferring. ie: joining new members in, and such. Otherwise you'll be stuck will notifications that are non-existent.

So there's no way there can be two admins of the group? We both are on different time schedules and wanted to run a group together?
