The facial expression and hair seem a little off...but not badly. I like the shading, soft and controlled. How did you blend it?

I redid the facial expression like 10 times and finally got it acceptable ahhhh XD
Hair is SUPER hard for me and this is better than some of my other tries haha
And the secret.. it's amazing.... It was!!!! My finger XD no joke I blended the shading with my finger :P

I figured it was done by finger. I do the same thing. You can get smudging erasers too.

If you want to get better with drawing, try drawing real people before anime. Anime creators didn't just start out drawing cartoons. They practiced drawing real people to get the anatomy down. Find pictures of hair styles, models, clothing, etc. Drawing is all about shades and shapes.

It just takes time and devotion. If you rush something, it usually doesn't turn out so good.
