Microsoft Scam

I got a call today. Actually they called three times. It was a robocall saying my Microsoft services have expired. They gave me a toll free number to call. This had scam written all over it. Obviously my computer still works since I am here. I even updated my virus protection, which I do every day. Anyone else ever get a scam call like this? Just wondering.

Yup, that's a scam. Sometimes it's a person claiming to be from Microsoft who wants to walk you through fixing your computer.

I also get calls from the IRS saying they are about to file a criminal suit against me. Scam.

Oh yeah. The IRS won't call you, they send letters.
