Dragonball (Original, Z, GT, Kai and Super)

Q: Have you ever watched the Dragonball series?

I have when I was a lot younger when it came on TV in the mornings, I'm actually working on re watching them by slowly buying the series when I can on DVD.

Watched both Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z. I had tried GT, but got bored pretty quickly and moved on.

Yeah, I haven't heard much acclaim for GT. I watched 'Kai' on the Vortexx children's block and loved its opening theme. Dragonball Z was the best in the series, though. That rivalry with Frieza (and later Cell and the Androids) was intense!

Watched Dragonball, Z, GT, Super, Some of Kai a crap ton of the movies produced.

My favorite characters range from Kid Gohan and Gotenks depending on the day and use. They all had their novelty moments so no hating on them for what they are.

My favorite characters are Goku (Z version), Gohan, Vegeta, Bulma, Piccolo, and Krillin. Plus some other characters whose names I can't remember. Time to Dragonball Wiki it. lol

PS: Hope I got the names right. It's been, like, over 15 years!!

Dragon Ball Z Kai is on Adult Swim, so it's easy to see episodes of the series, but I use on demand to view it. I like the stories and the drama of the series, but some of the battles can last for several episodes at least.

Freiza sucks. Powerful, but I dislike him. And that's another thing: I never knew he was a male until I looked it up! lol

I haven't seen Dragonball Super yet, and with the Vortexx children's block being put to rest, I probably won't see the dub online for a long time. Good grief, people. lol

I love the whole Dragon Ball series. Its probably the only series as well where I actually prefer the English dub over the sub except for Dragonball. I haven't had a chance to watch Super yet, but I hate how they basically want you to disregard GT even though that was kinda my least favorite part of the series. I really didn't like Kai either because they didn't reuse any of Bruce Faulconer's music which was one of the main things I loved about the series. I liked how they got rid of a lot of the filler stuff, but the fights and epic moments without the music just didn't make them as epic as they were in the original series. I still need to watch the last 3 movies as well and Ill be pretty caught up with series.

How is Dragonball Super by the way? I haven't seen any episodes or really heard any reviews about it so I just wanted some info on how good it was compared to the other series.

I love Dragon Ball Z. Never seen GT though mostly cuz I heard it wasn't that good. Also haven't see anything from Super yet. Still waiting for the dub to be released. Any word on when that's happening?

Dude he was about 5 when his planet was blown up and the only other Saiyans were Radditz and Napa. Frieza's crew seemed to be all male and aliens. I hope he was a virgin.

@Dunn x Dolo they are wanting to you to disregard GT all together. That is the part hat pisses me off the most. How do you make a continuation prior to the events of GT, and then expect us to believe the events of GT like it never happened. LIKE IT NEVER HAPPENEDED!!!!
