I think in general, forums and chatrooms have become dated. They've been replaced for the most part by social media websites and aggregation websites. The younger generation, say post 2010 don't use forums as much.



in the case of AF, it's an anime and manga forum. And because anime is such a widespread field, there are millions of online places to visit and discuss these things. In my experience, forums that focus on specific things are still active as opposed to forums based on mainstream topics.

I sometimes go on here on my android phone. Knocks the razzmatazz out of being on an actual computer but meh . . . Gotta' be quick if I just want a glimpse at AF momentarily . . . !
