I've been dangerously close to that in a couple of bars. In Sweden (and possibly other places), shots are measured in centiliters. With typical sizes being 3, 4 and 6. The last one is quite a lot. These are called "a three", "a four" and "a six". Which makes a sentence like "Give me a four of vodka" damn easy to mishear as "Give me four vodka", given the noise level in certain establishments. There is some implicit standard shot size as well, so that sentence makes sense.
