Q: What are your plans for the holidays?
My Wi-Fi, it's gone out . . .
Work.. Because we're open 365 days.
Though after the holidays I'll go spend time with my mom I think.

Lots of eating and lots of hard partying. I'm gonna end twenty-fifteen like it's my last year to live.
Well... for Christmas I'm not doing much except having dinner with my dad, his wife, and my sister at a nice restaurant he's making a reservation for. Free food is always nice. For actual Christmas day, I'll most likely either be with my brother and his husband, or my sister and her kids. Maybe both.
Sometime this week, I'm going to a Church-held event called "The Journey to Bethlehem". Although I'm not really religious, I've always loved the event ever since I was a kid in a Mormon household, so it's like a winter tradition for me at this point. You are placed in a group of around 30 other people that you create a 'family' with. You act as a family 'traveling' from Nazareth to Bethlehem in order to pay taxes to the Romans, but along the way, you learn about the rumor of the birth of Christ. Throughout the journey, you encounter asshat Romans (with actual armor and weapons, riding on actual horses) that will literally yell in your face and sometimes kidnap you, wise men, angels, thieves, murderers, and good Samaritans that will give you maps, food, or gold if you've been robbed. Once you reach Bethlehem, there's a village where you can eat and drink for free, play with animals, and watch dancers and singers. Then at the end, you meet Mary, Joseph, and baby Jesus at the stables. It's a really cool re-enactment.
I'll never forget the one year I was held hostage by the Romans. "Filthy Jew, we'll make you learn your place!"
Good tiems.

My holidays will probably consist of going to my parents' on Christmas Eve, getting drunk, eating turkey and coming back home four days later because I'm bored.

Holidays?? I work in retail, so there is no such thing. I will work hard, long hours right up until Christmas Eve. I'm not complaining though, I love my job and I love being part of the Christmas rush. Christmas day I will go to my parent's place and open presents, then we will have a champagne breakfast. Lunch will be a big vegan feast followed by some afternoon cocktails and maybe a nap and/or movie. Boxing day I will rest at home, then the next day it's straight back to work for the Boxing day sales!! Only 20 sleeps to go, I'm super excited!!
My brother should be home for the holidays to meet his new niece ~ :3
so my fiance, our daughter and I will be spending time with family.

Hmm. Well for Christmas, I am going back home to a gigantic Christmasy (obviously) themed dinner with like 20 cousins. The usual games like articulate and pictionary will be played. The newest addition for this Christmas is Cards against Humanity. That should be fun.....
Other than that it would just be revising for my January modules for ChemEng at home. Given my current lecture attendance rate, I am screwedxP
Fuuuuuun....:/
Previously Darkfire Knight....
I am going to a friend's house hopefully on Xmas Day. Should be a great time!!
My Wi-Fi, it's gone out . . .
