I've found the translation via the link below;

I saw a small mistake on the second part of the song, the second last line show the same translation as "Loose to hurricane!".
Infact, the translation is "rust hurricane" but you can see that Japanese have some problem about spelling from "rust" to "ru-su-to".
Regards the film, it's a hurricane blow out of the robot's mouth, which cause the enemies to instance collapse to rust.
