I love the band called One Ok Rock especially since they've mixed in some english words in some of their songs. Any more bands similar to them?

Like stated, Versailles and Gackt are both fantastic. I'm a huge fan of both of them. Also try out:
Phantasmagoria
An Cafč
the GazettE
Dir En Grey (they may be more metal than rock, but they're still really awesome)
Acidman
Galneryus
Angela
You might like some of Miyavi's starter albums...his new stuff has gotten a little more hop/rnb/electro? o.0;
SuG (sim sound)
Female band I would recommend would be Scandal a little different, but still would recommend ^^v
Oh, forgot to add, most of the bands which were already said are awesome too ^_^
I used to love D'espairs Ray too...but I may be alone on that (v-kei band)

L'Arc~en~Ciel is the answer. You have got to listen to their songs.
And Gackt, but I'm biased so.

Not that similar to "One Ok Rock" but I strongly recommend "Versailles" ... So sad that they've been disbanded few years ago ... T_T
There's another cool band called "Wagakki" in which has a really unique (Rock + Folk Japanese music) sound ! XD
... Aaaaannnndddd let's not forget about "Gackt" !
You may find it kinda strange but I also like "Baby Metal" and "Lady Baby" a lil ...
Give 'em a try !
It's better to fall in love with someone you hate than not fall in love at all - Kyouya Haibara(lol)
- Crossfaith
- Man with a Mission
- Fear, and Loathing in Las Vegas
Well, everyone here knows The Pillows:
But how about Tricot?
Or The Wagakkiband?
Jackie Coogan, Charlie Chaplin, and Charles Reisner as the Bully.
Reisner was a former pro boxer who turned actor, writer, and director. He previously worked for Chaplin behind the camera on The Gold Rush. Reisner would later become known as a comedy director working with The Marx Brothers, Jack Benny, and Abbot and Costello, among others.
