Hey look, Japan made a movie about me!
Same as Eris, if people are happier dressing in a certain way and feel better that way, they should be able to. I certainly won't stop them.

I'll be honest and say it sort of disturbs me to see a guy dressing as a girl. @_@ (Not the other way around but it doesn't look sexy either).
I just don't say anything to them though because really, they can do whatever they want because it's their business and not mine.
(notice how dramatic the no is)
(notice the spoiler)
But can a girl really be dressed in "male clothes"? What does men wear... jeans and t-shirt? Even if she is wearing males sizes people will just think that she wears "the boyfriend look". I don't think I ever have seen a guy in female clothes..... well besides my uncle since he worked as a.... not a dragqueen but something "similar" (?) like that years ago. They dressed like girls and sang for people, performing.
Here is one of his former co-workers btw:

Season four of Sherlock
The new Hobbit movie
Season five of Game of Thrones
New episodes of Downton Abbey
For cosplaying, it certainly adds more variety, but crossdessers should be prepared for harsh criticisms just like any other cosplayer would face.
As for crossdressing in general, I'm okay with it because I have no right to tell people what to wear, I just won't look at them if I don't like the way they dress. However, I will do a double take instinctively the first time I see said person.
Oh, Hi-deeki, imagine... your kind not eating raw fish! ^_^

I love traps!
Cept the ones with Star Destroyers waiting for you.
When done right, crossdressing can be hot/sexy!
But when done right...I'll just refrain from commenting.
As for the subject of crossdressing itself, I don't see a problem if people want to do it.
People can wear whatever in the world they want.
Just as long as they're decent about it. And by that I mean if you're going to wear a skirt or dress, make sure you don't spread out your legs.
I just don't understand what is so wrong with cross-dressing. A 300 pound hairy man with an girl's mini-skirt on? Okay, that's not right... But there's no reason that a guy shouldn't be able to wear dresses/skirts that are the right size. This notion that cross-dressing in general is indecent is ridiculous.

Longish answer? I've seen a cross dresser or two downtown (rather infamous..), and if I see one on campus I'll report back. Does it make me turn my head and raise an eyebrow? Well, yeah. Besides Halloween when it suddenly becomes funny and acceptable, it's not something you see often. But hey I live a pretty boring day to day life, so it really doesn't take much to make me do a double take. If it somehow makes them more comfortable, accepted, etc then meh. I don't care.
Short answer?
A resounding, "Wat"

Um. Does it really matter how people choose to dress? I'll wear anything I feel like, and of course I hold nothing against others who do the same. I've worn tuxedos and dresses, men's shoes and high heels (painful, btw. I don't understand how women can torture themselves like that.) All of the exaggerations were mainly for lols of course, but would I judge someone who decided to dress like that on a regular basis? Of course not. To each his or her own, ya? Like @Bassoonista said, as long as they're decent, it shouldn't really matter.
For all those who think different, refer to the sig please. <3
People should be able to wear whatever the hell they want. I couldn't care less.
That said, personally, as has been mentioned, cross-dressing can in some instances be quite appealing if done right.
If a man can wear womens' clothing AND look really good in them, that, imo takes some serious skill. and I'd take my hat off to them.
The Brighter the Light the Darker the Shadow
I have no problems with cross-dressers. Although, those who do on a regular occasion might surprise me at first, especially if I mistake their gender I get used to it easily. Sometimes its pretty funny when done on special occasions like when my dad and thee people from his student accommodation building from uni would dress with their wive's dresses and wear their make up and then proceed to play a full game of soccer.
Also I've seen some men who have cross dressed and were able to fit with the women's clothing nicely.
Lastly, who can forget about Haruhi and her father?

I have no issues with it, so i'd say let them go ahead and do it. You'll see a lot of drag queens in Ferndale and Highland Park, MI.
Man that is whack!

Also, @Shingo XXII , I'm pretty sure San Francisco, California is a more renowned place for cross dressers and gay pride parades. California has it aaaaaaaall~
BEAUTIFUL. Polluted, but still DAMN AMAZING. <3
Its fine with me, as long they don't touch my clothes.
I have absolutely no problem with crossdressing (from either gender) since I technically indulge in it myself.
I HATE girl clothes. Unless something absolutely requires it (and that rarely happens), I'll wear guy shirts, guy pants, guy shoes, etc (except for the obligatory bra...kinda need that).
I hate "girl" fashions and designs, I don't like how the clothes fit on me (most of the time, the jeans are intent on showing some part of my butt), wearing them makes me incredibly uncomfortable (just being in a skirt makes me feel a bit insecure) and after being a tomboy my whole life, I can't imagine myself wearing any of that stuff.
My typical wardrobe usually consists of a metal band t-shirt (men's size, of course) and Tripp pants (again, men's size).
This is my war face.
This is what happens to trolls who mess with me.
I wouldn't mind. So as long it isn't disturbing in such a weird way.

So long as I don't get dragged into it for all I care people could go around stark naked. Its their choice and if they feel better wearing nothing or wearing the opposite gender clothing then so be it.
I don't see any of it in my daily life, but if I did, it wouldn't bother me.
