New Here Please Welcome Me

As the thread title suggest, I'm new here. I was recently apart of A4, the other anime forums site and well, the new owners are running the site into the ground considering it's been around for 15 or so years.

Anyway I am coming here to get a fresh start and see what this site has to offer. If I find I'm enjoying myself here I may even begin to post my stories such as I did on the previous site mentioned above.

I'd also like to debate a bit but A4 has a bunch of screwy left wingged views and half the community are just sods so yah. This is a good move in general for me.

Hows the RPing here, I'd may even get into that as well.

You should definitely post some of your stories here, that'd be really fun to read. The RP is kind of slow but me and a few other members of my AF family are in the middle of one right now, so hopefully that inspires others to start RPing more as well.

Glad we could have you here. If you want to debate once you are active enough and you gain enough GIL. 10,000 to be exact and GIL is earned by posting and such you can buy your way into our serious talk area where we talk about a little more serious current events and such.

The section has plenty of posts as of late. If you personally think activity is lacking then feel free to post and create some yourself instead of putting it down.

Welcolme to AF. The roleplaying section here is pretty inactive here to be honest, but not many anime sites have a great roleplay sections anyway. The debate section is kinda inactive too, but you might find a few debates going on.

In a debate section "making threads" is irrelevant though when not many people choose to debate. Debates are only fun when people are putting in effort to debate and have a variety of clashing personalities clashing.

We can't force people to post though so we're stuck inbetween a rock and a hard place

Though, I hardly can blame Kuma. I made five threads in one day in misc about a year ago and many members got on my case saying I was making to many threads and didn't even reply to the topic.

Heeey, a fellow writer! Welcome welcome~. As you've probably already seen, RPG isn't the most active section at the moment, and the two biggest games have been ongoing for a while, so it might be tough for newer players to join. Though I'm planning on setting up a new game soon, depending on the results of a poll I'll be putting up in a few days! So keep an eye out for it.

If you ever get a sudden idea for your own RPG though, by all means go for it! I haven't done any RPing in a couple years, and I'm really looking forward to hopefully getting involved in a couple games myself.
