Are you talking about how two of the main characters are cousins? I think that's pretty normal in Japan and the rest of the world to hook up with cousins.

For non-hentai, wasn't Cherry Juice between a brother and sister? And I know there's a recent anime series called KissxSis, though I'm not sure what it's about. It sounds like it would be, though.

Alot of drama/romance animes have slight hints at incest but the only one i can think of thats not hentai is Boku was Imouto ni Koi wo Suru or I'm in Love with My Younger Sister. Its only an hour long but i enjoyed it. Incest always makes for such a good story.

Shakugan No Shana isn't about incest but there's two pretty nasty incesty characters.
