Zechs vs. Heero what if...? spoilers

So I had this convo with my friends. Would Heero have won in his finale battle aginst Zechs if Zechs had the Tallgease III? I think Zechs would have come out on top. What do u guys think?

As you can guess by my sig its one of my favorite series. I would have to give it to my boy heero but I would say it would be a very intense battle. One where both would have taken serious damage. I feel it would be a fight where Zechs would be injured or his mobile suit damaged and during or before the fight and the knowledge kept unknown to heero until it shows itself at the very end where it might have made a difference. Zechs was that kind of character who wouldn't want someone not giving their all in a battle becuase a handicap. A classic amuro vs char kind of fight.
