The Most BadAss Ladies of Anime

Who do you nominate? I will get started with three:

Franca from Coyote Ragtime Show. From a little known series, Franca is a young teen who was orphaned when her father was killed. She has inherited his bar, which she runs on her own. Her customers are some of the toughest, meanest, most violent pirates, thieves and criminals in that part of the galaxy -- and they are all afraid of Franca. She takes no crap and makes sure her customers know that. When she leaves with Mister on a dangerous journey to find her father's lost treasure, little Franca certainly keeps up with the big boys.

Saber from the Fate series. Aka King Arthur. Yeah, he's a she. Not the strongest of the heroic legends, but certainly the most determined. She may take a beating, but she comes back for more.

Revy from Black Lagoon. She's hot, but I pass. She's also the meanest b-tch in the universe -- and she can back it up! Don't get in a shootout with Revy. Just run. But Revy is not all stone hearted. She does have a soft spot for newcomer Rock, who is the total opposite of Revy. Revy is the BadAss Queen!
