Profile customization

So, I tried to customize my profile and got a notification saying I don't have the privileges to do so.

I don't know whether I need to buy something in the store, or whether I need to be part of some cool kids club, but either way, I'm kind of annoyed.

Please help? Anyone?

Probably just a coding issue. Did you try logging out and logging back in again and try it?
