Anime Like Avatar last airbender?

I am looknig for an anime like avatar the last airbender. Something where the fight scenes are awesome and something to do with controlling elements. Also i want something with good animation, avatar animation was very good, and animation like samurai champloo. And last thing not too much fan service like echi and all that. try to avoid that

Perhaps not controlling the elements, but using the environment; Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood is a must! absolutely amazing fight scenes in that one.

Try Kaze no Stigma. It involves elements as well.

There's no ecchi but might have some fanservice in one episode. I enjoyed the fights and they have some pretty cool moves.
If you want awesome fights (but unrelated to avatar) try Kara no Kyoukai, it has gorgeous visuals as well (it gets really good after movie 3 so try to get past it before making an opinion).
