I caught two typos in the English translation:

In my right hand was an empty memory, I stood at the ends of an unknown world
Struck by an ending rain

The original lyrics state "止まない 雨に打たれていた", meaning "Struck by unending rain".

If I reach reach my hand towards the brave shine
We can make it through the night, covered in scars...
~Chorus 1

There's an extra "reach" in the English translation, which disappears in the second chorus. (The original lyrics only have one "伸ばせば").
