Demons in Anime!

Anime is sometimes marked by demon characters. I wonder which demons are your favorite?

Out of all anime though... hmm... tough call.


Can you define it better? DO they have to come from hell, Wakomundo, or whatever? Does Alucard count? Fallen angels?

Sadao Maou aka Satan from The Devil is a Part-Timer
Satan reforms? And his minions as well? Taking refuge in modern day Tokyo, and taking human form, they all become incredibly human. Fortunately Sadao maintains much of his power so he can protect his friends.

Kyubey from Puella Magi Madoka Magica series and movies.
Pure evil posing as a cute kittie. I think he's supposed to be a cat. Luring young girls to their doom with promises of power. . . . This sounds a bit suggestive, doesn't it?

Ai from the Hell Girl saga.
And an honorable mention to her gain of spirits. Want revenge? Ai will take whoever you want to hell -- for a price. There's always a price.

Anri from Durarara.
Quite, shy, and won't admit to herself that she is in love with Mikado. Oh, and she is possessed by a demon sword Saika, which she is very adept at using. I like her better than Celty.

On Digimon, I like the demonic Myotismon, his Digivolved form MaloMyotismon, LadyDevimon, Devimon, and cute little DemiDevimon!! #Fangirling

Dante from devil may cry and Rin Okumra from blue exorcist, both are the sons of demons but still demons. (So technically there half demons to)
But a great full fledged demon is Sadao Maou, from the devil is a part timer.
