A rather eventful two days and nights it has been so far. First the maid was stabbed, then someone was damaged beyond recognition, one of the higher-ups was nearly killed, as well as the former butler being stabbed with knifes for god knows what reason, and then just last night a prince was poisoned with his own favorite food. It was now the end of the third day. By this point the tension was getting quite high. People wanted to leave as soon as possible, lest they be next to die.
One of the guests was in the corner in his wheelchair, watching the Earl from afar. Earl Phantomhive was the only reason he decided to show up. Despite previously being thought dead, he was indeed alive and well. Yes, this quite insane individual was the former philanthropist, who had succumbed to his own desires and corruption, known as the one and only Baron Kelvin. Who else wouldn't give a care in the world if his wife left him, for she didn't matter anymore and it just meant getting closer to what he has spent several years trying to achieve?
He knew he had to make his move, to try and initiate conversation with the Earl, despite knowing what might happen? This was what he was truly waiting for. He wouldn't make the same mistake again. But before he could go anywhere, one of the guests came up to him and asked some questions. He answered, not knowing what the result of this could be. However, that was a mistake that he would soon regret.
The guest soon left the Baron and went elsewhere. Where they went, the Baron would never know. However, after a while, he heard murmurs from around him. Then he saw him. The Earl of Phantomhive was headed his way. He knew that one of two things could happen. Although, what did happen was the opposite of what he wanted.
"Sebastian, exactly who invited this one here? I could have sworn I said to not let him over here." The Earl did not exactly seem amused. Baron Kelvin, on the other hand... his emotion was quite hard to read. Ciel said, "Sebastian, I order you, eliminate this pest right here and now!" The crowd seemed quite approving of this. The butler smirked a bit and said, "Yes, my lord." Baron Kelvin tried to say something, but he could feel no words in his throat, only blood.
