I highly doubt that. The models are still fairly well known in PB magazine. I also cant see a nudy mag putting in so much attention to detail with a woman still fully dressed in the photo

Actually Playboy isn't much of a nude magazine these days. Topless yes, but really that's disappointingly it.

Anyway it could be from some other magazine or something someone did n their own for Deviantart or something like they said.
