I'm not very good at drawing but I'm pretty proud of this one. So I'd love any suggestions so I can improve on it.

Its actually very nice, the character you drew seem so cute & friendly, I would suggest if you try to draw some more so we could identify if there's any lackings, other than that, good job, well done, I like it

I would recommend drawing other peoples work for a while. Work on the technique and then add substance to it.

I see where you're getting at but I just don't like drawing things other people have drawn so I just practice with my own creations.

Looks great! The proportions seem a little off, particularly the eyes. I would suggest keep practicing, and analyze other anime and how they are proportioned.
