Best English Dubbed series ??

Just wondering which series do you think was best dubbed in english?

In my opinion, I liked Gundam Seed dubbed and DBZ

Ah, I made a list of series I thought were good dubs, but the best dub is probably FLCL. Done perfectly; just serious enough and just cartoony enough.

I don't care for accuracy usually, just action/fights/battles and in English so I know whats goin on without havin to read subs.

Escaflowne (TV only, movie was so unlike the TV plotwise that I didn't really like it)

i always like dragonball and dragonball z except i can never find the first few seasons of dbz with original voices. my least favorite is bleach they butcher it if you ask me

Digimon!! I forgot about that! I only liked to watch it dubbed. Subbed I couldn't stand it -.-
And of course, the original Ash Ketchum voice was the best...along with the other original voices xD

Well I checked out the dub of the Haruhi anime, Kyon in english sounded great, but then Haruhi talked and her english voice sounded like a very dumb blonde :P
Right when Haruhi started to talk I turned of the YT vid, horrible.

Well, yeah, I personally thought DBZ was dubbed pretty good for the most part..

I feel that Cowboy Bebop was done fantastically. I also really liked FLCL, Mobile Suit Gundam and 08th MS Team.

I know this thread is all about the English dubbed animes, but I personally feel that DB/DBZ were done better in Spanish than they were in English. They were also uncut and aired on TV.

I would probably give it a try...if I spoke Spanish lol. But the reason why I probably like the English dub so much was because I grew up with the English dub xD

Haruhi was done nicely IMO. I also liked Black Lagoon. I'm still inching for others like Shaguna no Shana and the Nanoha series...

I liked DBZ dubbed, but Cowboy Bebop takes the spot. Didn't they say that the English dub was so good that it even did better in Japan? Or was that the American version of Zyurangers?

I try to stay away from dubbed anime as I DIE a little inside every time I do watch it, but from what I've heard/seen;

Cowboy Bebop
FLCL
Black Lagoon (although Balalaika's voice was a bit too soft for me)

I've heard BECK was really good, and I also wanted to watch it to see what they would do with the scenes where the characters talk half in Japanese and half in English. And how they would portray the fact that Koyuki's English is on the sucky side. But all I could find were the dubbed songs. And I HATED Chiba's singing voice. I'm talking Justin Beaver level hate. Koyuki's voice was okay, but I felt that it lacked the rawness and purity that the original had (IMO anyway, maybe I'm just biased because I grew rather fond of Namikawa Daisuke's Engrish). And seriously, Prudence? Prudence???

Anyway, I still do want to check it out, if only for the talking.

FMA (first anime) wasfairly good dubbed, havn't watched many so that's it.

Well, there aren't any animes I've seen which I didn't think were better subbed than dubbed, but the ones I didn't particularly mind the dubbed versions of were FLCL, Cowboy Bebop, and Darker Than Black.

There aren't that many good dubbed series out there...

Why do Japanese voice actors have to be so good..or at least good enough to make English seem like poop.

I'm actually starting FMA dubbed pretty soon..

Trigun has a fantastic dub, actually surpassing the sub by quite a bit.

Finally, I was worried no one would say that. I think Yu Yu Hakusho was dubbed amazingly. All of the voices are down very well and are pretty recognisable IMO.
