Overall? Probably Red Dwarf. Because what kind of British sci-fi / fantasy liker doesn't enjoy some 'Dwarf? If not that, then Top Gear... because again, what kind of British guy doesn't like Top Gear?

In terms of recent programs though ... probably Total Wipeout. You know, that silly little obstacle course show hosted by Richard Hammond. Is lulz.
