well the only anime i've watched in the past year is Hellsing Ultimate: The Dawn, and there weren't too many hilarious scenes in that... i thought the part where there was a close-up of an ajar door and a dramatic buildup to someone sticking their hand through it with the heil hitler salute and saying "Sieg Heil!" was pretty funny. but it wasn't intentionally funny.
