I've noticed a few mistakes in the transliteration of this song, as well as some of the stanzas not correctly paragraph'd, compared to the original Japanese lyrics script. Here's the fully corrected and formatted transliteration, with all transliteration mistakes in the current one on the site bolded:

Hey Azure, I replaced the entire romaji, and changed the credit to AceNoctali, since the original version was indeed way too messy and erroneous, and the transliterator was in the old "Contributed by xxx" format.

Just two last thing:

1) The last stanza, "Zutto shinjiteite ii desu ka", should be separated from the main verse, like are "Yarusenai omoi dakishimete" and "Ima anata dake wo shinijteru"

2) For some reason, the last line of my translation, "Is is all right with you if I believe in you forever?" disappeared after you added the new transliteration.
