Favorite Windows OS?

Mine would probably be Windows 10, It's like an upgraded version of 7 and it's what I think they should've done for 8

I think I prefer Windows 7. Windows 8 feels like different operating systems mashed up into one and I've yet to try Windows 10, though I have seen a few glimpses of it here and there, and from what I've seen it looks much cleaner than 8.

I was always a huge XP fan, but after eventually switching over to win 7 (long after the release), there really wasn't any reason to use XP anymore. So I would have to say Win 7. I don't like the new windows OS's. But I primarily use my computer for audio recording and video game emu's. There very well might be good reasons to use the newer OS's, but they certainly don't suit my needs anymore than win 7, and in some cases the functionality really just gets in the way. It mostly just depends on your needs i suppose.

windows 7, i guess? windows 8 is good enough, but i always miss windows 7's aero... i'm not sure if i want to upgrade to windows 10...

In my opinion Windows XP was prolly one of the best. I didn't have any problems with Win7 either and I'm currently using Win10 because I like to be up to date for gaming but I had quite a few issues with it.

hm I'd have to say windows 7! its been good for my gaming n stuff so far, I haven't tried windows 10 but until I see a reason too its 7 all the way

For me it has to be Windows 10 followed shorty by windows 7.

but then again i was too young to fully utilise windows 7 b4 i went to the horrid windows

the one thing i rlly need windows 8 on (my lenovo yoga school tablet), we werent allowed to get it because network issues.

and all my pcs (which arent touchscreen) were just useless.

My favorite will always be Windows 7. Definitely the best one they've come out with, and I'll always love it. Though Windows 10 is definitely a runner up right now. It's the one I'm currently using and I like it a lot.

Believe it or not I'm still on Vista with my desktop computer but I really like 7 the most from the newer ones I've tried.

Yeah, the problem was was that they made an OS that was super compatible with iPads and whatnot, but not suitable for actual PC's. It was pretty ridiculous, especially that god awful start menu.

Lucky Windows 10 is like a 100x better version of it. They fixed a lot of things that needed fixing, while keeping and managing all the new elements of Windows 8. It can be a bit buggy at times though xD Like it's weird asfck about reading whether or not I have a mic or a video camera. And I find myself restarting every now and then when it starts doing that weird bugging out thing. But besides that, I actually really like it. Obviously not as much as I love Windows 7, but it's still a really good operating system.

Windows 10 has flaws but it is the best Windows yet, and for once I can't follow that with a joke.

Two favorite features are 1) Bash and 2) Xbox One streaming

My favorite is Windows 7 hands down. My husband and I tried Windows 8 and promptly uninstalled. It sucked in my opinion. I haven't tried 10. Windows 7 is just simple and easy to use. I like it that way.

My most favorite will always be Wins 7, Windows XP is so easy that you don't need rocket science to used it, as for Windows 8....i wish i don't remember that thing exist. Haven't tried Windows 10.

I'm probably one of the very few people who enjoy Windows 8.1. It took some time getting used to. I like the start menu where I pinned my most used programs so I can easily access them (and my desktop is clear/has very few shortcuts). Though I dislike the upgrade where they made it into a single language system so I can't switch to type in other languages anymore even though I still have Microsoft IME.

I've yet to try Windows 10 though. I heard it's buggy to some users but it works better for most. Sadly, I didn't get to register for the free update since my boyfriend wanted to check it out first with their PC before I install the OS on my laptop but they didn't change it until it was near the deadline.
