My Wi-Fi, it's gone out . . .
Sometimes I do, but I know I have to shake it off and keep going. So I try to find some positive in the day, go to bed early, and wake up the next day looking to do better.
Exercise can help. Go for a quick walk, run, lift some weights, etc. If there is a hiking trail or paved urban trail near by, check it out.
I'm still kind of bummed out. Maybe I need a Red Bull or something.

Sh-t happens, and sometimes when it comes I just light one up, sit back and start smoking. Call a few friends over and have a good time.
It's just something that everyone gets every now and then, chillax.
I rarely post, yo.
A walk or run is a good way to get out and let off some steam. Clear your head as you just drift wherever, maybe as you listen to music. A drive is even better if you have a car. Or a motorcycle. (Motorcycle rides are the most invigorating thing ever.)
You could also make your own outlet for venting, by writing or drawing whatever comes to mind. I've had plenty of times where I would just make mad doodles or erratic patterns on paper, and sometimes it really feels like you're forcing the frustration out of you and onto the paper. Once you see your problems in such a simple and humble form, they don't seem like such a big deal. At least for me.
I combat feelings of depression by writing poetry and watching music videos. Still, it happens to me again and again. Nevertheless, at the end of the day I choose to hold on.

It’s been around long enough to become a platitude by now, but I like what John Gay said: “While there’s life, there’s hope.” It’s easy to lose sight of that hope when negative things are in the way, but it’s there.
As others have suggested, a change of scenery is usually a good thing, as well as talking about it with others you trust. Your choice to hold on is spot on; don’t change that at all.
I feel like someone threw a rock at my soul. I'm angry, but I'll be alright.

Yeah. I get this way a lot. As others have said though, good exercise and diet help. When I get this way, I pull out my guitar and jam.
=D
Maybe....set up your signature and you'll feel better, your wifi is working.

I hired a clown to cheer everyone up.
Anime is a lot like sex. Done right it's a beautiful act of creation that brings a little more light into the world. If it's sick and wrong... it's even better.

Physically I've been exhausted because of work, but I've been trying to stay optimistic in hopes that my spirits and those of everyone around me, both at work and at home, won't suffer as much.
No power in the 'verse can stop me...
I get this way from time to time. Mostly, I'd listen to music, read, walk, or play a game to relax a bit.
Sometimes...there days like that. I usually listen to sad music songs, because of the mood, and I also write poetry( some of my better pieces are inspired at those times). But during those moments I think a lot about myself, my strenghts and weakneses and in general, get to know my character better. After this process of self analyzing, I decide what I want to change or improve about me.
