Searching for an anime, about 3 guys that fight, and need to find a disc.

Well I've searched everywhere but it's really hard to find. I believe it was a OVA, 3 guys fight to gain a disc in underground battles. Or they need to defend it. It's a violent dude whoms father owns a hospital, a younger guy that uses martial arts and the other I forgot. It's a really short ova I believe of around 3 eps. But how I would love to rewatch it!

Update: After thinking a lot I remember the following things at least I think they are from this anime.

1 there is a team of 3 guys fighting, 1 is a weak guy I think because I cannot remember him. 2 A guy who is the son of the head of a hospital but he is agressive and is on his own, he fights with a metal pipe most of the time. 3 A guy who pratices martial arts.

There is a sort of underground scheme of battles, and the three participate. The last ep is in a beer garden or something. But I cannot remember the name of the anime I have searched everywhere. It's a ova with 3 of 4 eps I believe.
