ok, for the first sig (of your last post), it looks great! but I think the at left-bottom corner it's kinda too blurry looking, I don't know how to put it, but it just don't match well. I think it's just me though, ^_^;; so don't need to worry about it lol
second sig: I love this one the most! the girl (forgot her name) looks so cute! the background looks great also ^^ I like the bottom of the sig, it lkinda ooks like she is smelling the scent lol, keep it up!

I strolled around a bit; I like the Hieko sig a lot. Text matches with the sig, background is really nice, maybe a little bit too much yellow-only (always try to use more than one color x3).

As for your latest one; (yay, Shakugan! x] )
Love the background, blends pretty nice.
Can't say I'm that much of a fan of the text (qua placement and qua choise of font), but that's my personal opinion, I'm allergic to default fonts xD. The image itself is a bit grainy. Overall, good job though! ^__^ Keep it up.

Background and blending is extremely nice,
Can't say I'm that much of a fan of the sun-flare rings next to her face but doesn't bother that much. Maybe a tad bright. But the overall look is marvelous :3

ok, for the Belldandy sig.. for the left part of her neck, is it suppose to be like that or are you suppose to cut that part.. cuz it doesn't really fit o.o
for the Haruhi sig, well done, I like it ^_^ except for the blur on her arms is kinda.. um.. random... other than that, it's perfect!!! I'm sure KagomeAsakura will love it!

I'm definitely seeing improvement!!

For just some overall Cnc..Work on lighting and coloring.

I like the effect you have on your current (the border shine). Seen lots of animation before, but it's mainly on text, so the border one is something new for me. Looks quite cool.

anyways, i like the placement of the extract :3 though, im estimating that it could prolly look better when more of the body is seen. but its hard to do that option. You have to redo it, but nyeh, this one looks good :3

background looks very nice, better than anything i can do
render - render itself is good but can be improved if you look closely near her eye the coloring is a bit off, blending could use some work but overall doing pretty well arm looks a bit more blurred compared to the rest of the image
border looks a bit squeezed at the top, bottom, and left im guessing youre having trouble putting on the border equally try using the marquee and inverse tool

overall its pretty good your best one is your current to heart 2 set, (keep forgetting to show you some animation tricks remind me the next time youre over)

i see a lot of improvement just focus on blending and colors
also something you can try is turning/ angling the image, to see more of the body, my current sig i turned the image to see more of the body the only problem is you sacrifice the focus for eye candy so its up to you
if you have problems with lighting try gradients if you need anything else just tell me in person
good luck and keep improving i expect much from you and your sister ^^

This does look pleasing! Kinda grainy though... reduce the noise a bit?

I agree with Unlu there. Its great but the noise is a bit irritating. it's mspoiling the mood of the image. maybe softening will do. You're using GIMP now right?

maybe you made me a sig of mobile suit cuz you thought I'm a guy...?

It's even more funny now because of the gender assignment in the profile =p.

The last sig could probably do with some gradients set to darken as there is no focal point. I did like the top left corner so if you wanted to brush the background with it, it might improve the sig a lot.

I learned the pen tool from Serated ^^ although i wasn't really done yet. ^^;
