A blacklist allows access to everybody accept those listed. (Typical of a public server.)
A whitelist denies access to everybody accept those listed. (Typically of an invite-only server.)

Sorry, I do not know what JIMJUM is, and I do not play minecraft. At least, not anymore. Whitelists and blacklists are general programming / server things. This board has them too. It's how they block IP ranges identified as spam.

JIMJUM is Minecraft user and he's on Youtube UnitByte or something like that. I want to added Smosh Games crew to my minecraft. Which one added players to my Minecraft?

In your case, set up a whitelist, and in it, add the usernames of the players you want to add. Include yourself! Only these player will be able to get in. You might want to double check your ops file too, and make sure only those you want to have operator abilities are listed. Reboot your MC server after altering the files manually.
