Do you rewatch anime?

Have you ever gone back and watched anime you have already seen? I have only rewatched a couple of animes and every time I have it's been with someone who hasn't watched it yet. Example "You haven't seen Claymore? Thats what we're doing today." I'll watch a couple good episodes by myself but I don't ever rewatch series alone.

I used too but I don't anymore. I use that time to watch another anime I haven't seen instead. Plus I don't know anyone who watches anime IRL, so I don't get that opportunity or I just may as well.

I have only ever re watched 3 anime , never really have time to go back and watch my favourites kinda sucks tbh

Yeah, I did more than couple of times but I don't watch my favorite one's I want to keep them as precious as possible.

I love to rewatch my favorite series. When I worked at my first job, I didn't have the money to be able to buy new series on dvd. I also didn't have a lot of spare time so I wanted to stick to watching series that I truly enjoyed.
However, now that I'm working at a better job, I might expand my horizons and focus on watching new anime series

I find to re-watch an anime is only if I really liked it or if the next portion of the series is a continuation and there has been a giant break since the beginning. Which in turn is what I am currently doing right now with Digimon. Re-watching Season 1 and 2.

I do the same thing if it takes me a while to purchase box sets. I'll "binge watch" the series in order to catch up to the episodes on the new box set/season that I'm on.

I actually tend to rewatch specific standout episodes more than entire series back to back, but thats just me!

This for me. I'll watch a series all the way through once, then if I want to revisit it I'll cherry pick moments/episodes to rewatch.

However, I do re-watch them when I introduce new anime to my friends. Like last week, I went to visit a friend and we watched the first 3-4 episodes of Tokyo Ghoul.

Normally I try to watch something I haven't seen yet, but there are exceptions to this rule. If I'm currently into a series, like I am now with Inazuma Eleven, I will re-watch it if it's on TV. But it's kind of interesting because I'm more looking for differences in the western versions vs the original japanese version I would have no doubt seen first!

Im sorry. You should just have them read the manga. So they don't confuse themselves to much.

Yeah I will with certain ones lol. With Fairy Tail I only go back and re-watch certain arcs or epsiodes. SAO however, I've watched the first season like 3 times already. Those were just examples but I do with some others too.

I always rewatch anime! I dont see a problem with it, like it doesnt make it worse. Im happy to re-watch over and over again. things dont get old for me

I tend to not rewatch animes. Even if it was really good for me I couldn't bring my self to rewatch it since I would just get bored rewatching it. And usually for me one time for watching is already enough than watching it all over again. I would try to search for something new rather than to stick myself watching it. For me, rewatching is only a waste of time. There are lots of animes so why waste time rewatching one.

Sometimes, yes. Most of the time it is because one of my kids wants to watch it with me. But on occasion, if it is short enough, and good enough, I might rewatch something on my own.
