In order:
Doctor Who (David Tennant): Best Doctor I have seen in years. He is the best Doctor and he is so believable and I really like him. Quite a charming lad in personality.
Remus Luping-Harry Potter: Because he is calm and seems to have an answer for every situation. Well not emotional situations, but surely normal situations.
Sirius Black-Harry Potter: I like his no bars attitude. He is rash, but his rashness really helps out a lot.
The Whit Ghost Twins-The Matrix: Makes me want to have a twin to go through walls. Oh yeah.
Wedding is in October. And I'm going to be a dad. Super excited.

God. His number of personality disorders is rivaled only by his power.
David Tennant in general is a great actor, but he is only the second best doctor. Tom Baker (doctor #4) is by far the best doctor in the history of the show. His insane/ingenious glare alone is enough to make him the best.

I'm going to have to disagree with both of you, I think Christopher Eccleston is the best Doctor. His portrayal of the Doctor, especially in Dalek, was brilliant. Tennant, although a great actor, is only a good Doctor. Baker is great as the Doctor, but the series with him is a little too dated for me, I'm pretty young so to me the series is a little cheesy, but still great.
