For movies, Studio Ghibli.
Yes, I know other studios seem to have caught up with the artistry and quality. But they did so by copying Ghibli.
Jackie Coogan, Charlie Chaplin, and Charles Reisner as the Bully.
Reisner was a former pro boxer who turned actor, writer, and director. He previously worked for Chaplin behind the camera on The Gold Rush. Reisner would later become known as a comedy director working with The Marx Brothers, Jack Benny, and Abbot and Costello, among others.

After the incident, everyone is showing their love for KyoAni. They might not be the biggest studio out there, but it is awesome to see how people are reacting to their recent tragedy and their slow recovery afterwards. I happen to love a lot of their creations, so they receive my vote here.

Then I hate to say it, but in the US it would have to be Disney since they purchased the US distribution rights to all of Ghibli's films. No Studio Ghibli films can be shown in the US unless Disney touches it first.
