I'm offensive and I find this American.
Security was probably lax that day since Obama was gone anyway. If he'd been there the guy probably woulda gotten shot, even though it seems like he may have not even known what he was doing. At least according to the oh-so-subtle sidenote speculating that he wasn't mentally all there.
