I want to watch the second season of Durarara. This is the question that is really plaguing my mind at the moment: Should I watch the episodes as they are released or should I wait for the season to finish airing and then just have a Durarara marathon?

Depends. How do you like to watch anime? What is your preference. I for one enjoy having something to wait to fuel my eagerness to watch it the next week. So I would say watch it now and wait for the next release as it comes.
