How to change avatar?

I'm stuck with the "For the Forum" avatar.
any suggestions how to get rid of it and post a new one?

Go to "My Profile" then scroll down to "My settings" and click "Edit Avatar". Hope this helps.

Or Settings>Edit Avatar which is on the left sidebar. Faster than Paco's way.

I've seen to have confused My Profile with Settings.
