anime recomendations -- Netflix instant watch preferable

Okay, like about a dozen other people this week () I'm looking for some new anime to watch. The kicker is, it has to be available on Netflix instant watch, that way I can park my lazy butt on the couch on my nights off and relax.

To help you get an idea of what I may enjoy, here is a short list:

Trigun
Desert Punk
Soul Eater
Dokoida (sorta...)
Ouran Host Club
Gun X Sword

Right now, I'm preferable to some lighter fare, which is why I've been watching Host Club this past week, but am getting almost done with it. I'm also in the process of writing a romance anime story, so school-theme shows are okay.

Netflix primary runs Funimation licensed anime, so if you're not sure if something is on there, go ahead and mention it anyway and I can check. I'm not that stuck up. Just no spoilers!!!

I liked it. It was actually the first anime that got me to start watching them. Technically High School of the Dead was, but it had been a few months before I watched my next one, which was Corpse Princess. Been watching anime regularly since.

Well, back to the reason of your thread.

Hmhh, if you like comedy/fighting Watch Beelzebub.
If you like love/comedy Watch Hayate No Gotoku.
If you'd like to see something different. From the usual art style in Anime's. Watch KatanaGatari.
If you like Sports watch Kuroko No Basuke.

Those are just a few recommendations. To be honest i don't think you can go wrong with Kuroko no Basuke even if your not into sport anime. ( im not and i still enjoy it ALOT).
Beelzebub and Hayate No Gotoku are both really different. If you like your typical main character who is just a complete moron. But really funny. Watch Beelzebub. Hayate No Gotoku explains itself. Its a love comedy.
KatanaGatari.... is not a comedy anime. It is a fighting anime. With a very intresting story line.

I finnished Host Club the other day and liked it very much, then last night I finished Needless. The hubby and I currently are watching Negima -- it makes me think of Vandread. But now I need a new anime. *sigh*
