Best Anime Villains!

Q: Which anime villains are the absolute worst?

Does Ryuk from Death Note count? Or maybe Light himself? Light is the main protagonist, and a villain. But it is Ryuk who puts him up to it.

How about Ladd Russo from Baccano!? He's a baddie, but I really don't think of him as the bad guy of the series. Szilard Quates is the main bad guy, but Ladd is so much more evil.

Then there's Kyubey from Puella Magi Madoka Magica. He's cute, but deadly.

I wouldn't call it worst, but the most badass villian I ever seen is Satou from Ajin.

The other good villain, so to speak, was Myotismon from Digimon: Digital Monsters. He was so cruel!

Poor Gatomon!! But at least she got him back when she . . . well, you know the rest, if you've watched that crazy-cool episode.

I think Aizen from Bleach and Byakuran from Katekyo hitman reborn. They are really cunning and umpredictable which I think are two good aspekt which define a great antagonist.

#1. Griffith - Up To The Falcon of the Millennium Empire Arc
Note: He is not a villain in the series anymore.

#2. Johan Liebert
He is absolutely amazing and beautiful.

#3. Makoto Shishio
The 2nd Battousai The Man Slayer, killing in the shadows, he is also amazing in his own way.

#4. Shinobu Sensui
His views on humans be good and demons bad twisted his world upside down developing 6 other personalities to carry out his burden after finding out about the "Chapter Black". Best Shounen Villain.

#5. King Meruem
Similar somewhat to Sensui, Meruem questions which side is good, the humans or the ants, becoming in the center of his consciousness shifting from and to of a human and the violent nature of an Ant.

Just so you know, there'll always be a good guy, who appears to fight the bad guys; often, when this occurs, they win!!

I think I will change my list.

Add Sotou from Ajin: Demi-Human because his manner is so friendly and outgoing, it makes the fact that he is a mass murderer more villainous.

Johan from Monster because he is so low keyed and quiet. He seldom dirties his hands himself preferring to get others to do the killing for him.

Because where there's a bad guy, there's always going to be a rebel/pure-hearted, if not perfect, person or thing to stop the evil force.

You're absolutely right about there being a lot of anime. Most of them suck. There are gems, but a lot of it stinks. I want to see classics.

Anyhoo . . . another perfectly atrocious villain would be Maximillian Pegasus from Yu-Gi-Oh! When he sent Kaiba's little brother Mokuba to the Shadow Realm in Season 1, I wanted to punch him in the face! 'Course I wouldn't hurt a soul in real life, but you get what I mean, right?

1. Shou Tucker (Fullmetal Alchemist), if you watched it you know the evil he committed.
2. Jason (Tokyo ghoul) his sadistic and brutal torture methods makes him a villain worthy of being called the worst.
3.The Major (Hellsing) he is a Nazi who is trying to plunge the world into war just because he likes it.

He's actually quite a minor character. I had to look him up to remember exactly who he is. He is pretty despicable. But Fuehrer Bradley is more of a villain, betraying his country and all.

True he is more of a minor character but when it comes to being a dad he is villainous.
