    Default Structuring long sentences.

I know how to structure a simple sentence, such as, "I like pudding". But I would like to know how you would structure a sentence such as, "I really love pudding, My favorite flavor is chocolate." Or something like that.

You know what I mean. Help? Please?

Actually, there's another way to combine two sentences together besides using the て-form. If the final word is a verb, then you can simply use the verb's ます-stem (convert the verb to ます form then remove the "ます") to connect the two sentences together. So, I believe that if you write "I like pudding" as "プリンを好みます" instead of "プリンが好きです", and write "My favourite flavour is chocolate" as "一番好きな味はチョコレートです", then you can combine the sentences to yield "プリンを好み、一番好きな味はチョコレートです", meaning "I like pudding and my favourite flavour is chocolate". Though I admit it's sounds a bit awkward to be using 好む instead of 好き in such a sentence...

Well it really depends on how the sentences are connected, but it seems more common to say a bunch of short sentences rather than long ones.

Strictly Ken, from changing 大好き to 好む you took off the stress, which is probably important in the context.

Using the noun form as conjugate is kinda going into advanced grammar so it's best to stick to using -te form/de first.

In my experience, Japanese sentences can run quite long as well (especially when written), but in general, I think this is a sound approach, especially if you're still learning.
