Translation should change from

Small typo: oen -> ouen (it's correct elsewhere in the song)

Paragraph 8 romaji:
tamasu yori wa zutto tamasareta tte

(Kanji reading of 騙す should be だます, not たます; checked by listening to the song also.)

Paragraph 9 Kanji/Hiragana:

Pretty sure she says 頑張ってるった, which makes more sense than the random "塗" anyway. (Romaji transliteration is already correct)

I think the translation for 塗り直せる私でいたいんだ ("I want to be here to fix it") seems suspect, but I'm not sure what it should be instead...

Ok, I consulted with someone who knows Japanese better than I do, and it seems like the translation for paragraph 9

頑張ってるったネイルもきっといつかは取れちゃう
だけど何度だって塗り直せる私でいたいんだ

should be something like

The nail painted with "do your best" will someday come off,
but no matter how many times it does, I want to be there to repaint it.

It's supposed to get the meaning across that "the nail painted with [do your best], the paint will someday come off, but no matter how many times it does, I want to be there to repaint it", but I'm not sure of a good way to get that across in fluent English.

Not sure why 塗った seems random to you, because it appears in the very next line and actually fits perfectly with even your suggested translation. On the other hand, I'm pretty sure 頑張ってるった is not valid Japanese; it is also confirmed wrong by reliable sources. This is why it is inadvisable to rely on your ears without strong reason to - the ability to distinguish words is limited by your knowledge at the time.

That being said, the other changes are correct, and the suggested translation for paragraph 9 is pretty close anyway. The way I put it is

「Even nails you try hard to paint will wear out at some point,
But I want to be someone who can repaint them no matter how many times I need to.」

What happened here is that the translator worked directly off the romaji without even noticing that there were errors, or considering meaning that may have been lost in romaji spacing.

Verse 3 line 2: "hanashite te mo" is originally written as "話してても", but the translator read it as "離して手も".
Verse 8 line 1: "sonna" is originally "損な", but the translator read it as the common "そんな".

These aren't the only issues with the translation, but they are the ones that should have been completely avoidable. The lesson here is always check a reliable text source if at all possible.
