MP3 Emergency!!

I need help!! There's something wrong with my MP3. I try to turn it on but it freezes. I have no clue what happened to it. I havent dropped it (at least from what I know) and I've only had it for like a few weeks. Have you guys got any idea what might be wrong with it?? I'm so depressed and sad that's it's broken...I love my MP3...

MP3's can catch virus's .So yours must have one or someone dropped it while you weren't looking.

Yeah my friend used limewire and his iopd got a virus so get it fixed and make sure it was not a virus if it is tehn have it removed and install better protection or it will happen again

So it starts up but freezes? Some mp3's have the ability to format. Plug it into your computer and try to open the folder, if you are lucky it might give you the chance to reformat.

The best advice I can give is to clear the memory then re-add all the songs.

That used to happen to my sister's I-pod. My parents and I did everything we can to make it stop, and we ended up replacing it at the store. It was given like that so I sud just you should replace it with another one at the store.

Either return or (like Itunes) your program might have somrthing to reset it or Take all the songs off and re-add them( like what Heartless soul eater said)
