Post Count Minimum

It's come to my attention that a lot of people who post a thread, and that ends up being their only post ever. There will now be a 15 post count minimum before you can post a thread. I know some of you are new members, so if I see that you're fairly active around the forums but don't have 15 posts yet, I'll make an exception. This will not apply to those who already have a thread.
