Anyone know the difference?
And if so, can you name some anime's that do include Yaoi and Yuri?

Well with a hop skip and a jump I searched the google, but without it.
Yuri = GirlxGirl Love (Lesbians)
Yaoi = BoyxBoy Love (Gay)
Yaoi series:
FAKE
Eerie Queerie
Gravitation
Yuri:
My-Hime
Revolutionary Girl Utena
Burst Angel
Yes. Gravitation is a good one (hence my avatar) - I'll have to check out some other ones. I know many anime's also have gay characters written into their shows, but they aren't centered around strictly yaoi (or yuri too).

Anime is a lot like sex. Done right it's a beautiful act of creation that brings a little more light into the world. If it's sick and wrong... it's even better.

Loveless and Love-Stage. I'm going to definitely look into both. It's been a while since I've actually watched any good Yaoi. Not into the hentai stuff though. Kissing etc is acceptable.

I'm not really an expert in it since it's not my thing, but if I recall correctly, yaoi and yuri are basically anime pr0nz with gay guys and lesbians respectively. An actual romance story with two guys is more Shounen-Ai (lit. "boy love") and two girls is Shoujo-Ai (lit. "girl love").
I mean I might be wrong on all the technicalities but that's how I remember hearing about it.
What Andrew described is two totally different things though. o-o; From what he says, he doesn't like yaoi ("with hentai stuff"), but is alright with kissing etc, which isn't yaoi -- it's shounen-ai.
I dunno, it just seems a pain to have to explain it in such a roundabout way lol.
Just to make this clear once and for all
there are 2 different ways to see these terms, the Japanese (original) way or the westernised way (with only westerners using them)
The Japanese way
first and for most, Shounen-ai and shoujo-ai exist in Japanese terminology and refer to paedophilia themes as a "boy's love" "girl's love"(one 0~10 years of age boy or girl with an adult most of the times over 40years old, also known as lolicon)
instead, the official terms BL and GL are used for the homosexual themed media which is "boys love" and "girls love" (2 or more boys or girls loving each other ages range from teen and above)
secondly Yuri and Yaoi(or Bara) are the umbrella terms for homosexual themed media including the soft cute just kissing stuff and more mature ones, except p0rnography
hentai and p0rn are a whole other category on its own that might have yuri/bara themes in it.
The westernised way
is exactly what @1nterest1ng praised your post about

Uoh, how interesting. I'd thought that the 'pedophilia' themes were more along the lines of shotacon and lolicon. I don't think I've ever heard shounen/shoujo-ai referred to like that before. o.o I always figured it was just a romantic or semi-romantic relationship between a young couple of the same sex.
As for hentai, I thought that was just anime pr0n altogether, regardless of whether it involved straight/gay/lesbian relationships. In short, I guess I always just thought that all yaoi/yuri was hentai, but not all hentai was yaoi/yuri.
And bara, I haven't read much into that at all, but I thought that was all about buff beefcake dudes most of the time. (w)
So I mean, regarding what Andrew said earlier,
Can even non-sexual gay relationships really still be considered yaoi? I ask because it just seems so misleading. For me, hearing something like "Yeah I like yaoi, just not the explicit p0rn stuff", is kinda weird, since I thought that's what most (if not all) yaoi was. It's been a while since I've actually watched any good Yaoi. Not into the hentai stuff though. Kissing etc is acceptable.
As for myself, I'm pretty much like Andrew. I'm fine with same-sex romantic relationships, just not so much of the ones that have a lot of over the top sexual themes. There's no specific term for that? I always thought it was shoujo/shounen-ai but apparently I've been using the term horribly wrong all my life and now I feel awkward.
I assume you are a westerner in west using the terms in west amongst other westerners therefore your usage is correct in that setting. Now if you go in Japan or talk with a Japanese person and say "shounen/shoujo-ai" then the meaning will be that of paedo themes.
Yuri and Yaoi are used mostly by fans, their official counterparts are GL and BL used by the artists and their companies.
Bara or Yaoi is about the same thing. And bara is pretty much the inspiration term for yuri
bara 薔薇=rose
yuri 百合=lilly
Bara-zoku(rose clan) was a magazine targeted to homosexual men (not a manga)
and the editor of it included a section for female readers (some of them homosexual some not) and called yuri-zoku (lilly clan)
The only reason both yuri and yaoi are wrongly taken as only overly sexual stuff is because at the beginning of the use was from doujinshi artists who mainly had sexual content in their works, but years after it toned down, and fans use the terms now to mean homosexual themed works, them being soft fluffy romance to more mature themes with sexual acts in them. As I said they are umbrella terms.

Yuri is clearly superior and more accepted for entertainment purposes if nothing else. Personally I think it's more romantic.

says who?
The BL/Bara/Yaoi section in any bookstore in Japan is 3 times bigger than any Yuri/GL
both are mostly targeted to female audience (of course there is a male audience as well)
The thing is that there are way more BL manga works than GL, but more GL works get to be anime.
I'm a yuri fan but in the end is a matter of taste, and you can find superior works in both.
*Shrugs* Sex sells. I said yuri was more romantic. Unfortunately it's also harder to get, especially in America.
