Hey guys! I've been away for a long time, probably since 2010.

I've been feeling a bit lonely for some time and I always remember how welcome I felt here. For a while, I couldn't login, lost password, changed emails, and a variety of other things, but I finally managed to get back in.

Here's a rundown of what's been going on:

2010 - Had a baby, dropped out of college, stayed home full-time
2011 - Severe anxiety kept me at home, started iOS development
2012 - Rebooted my YouTube channel, got better and got a job
2013 - Went to work from home and released my first iOS app
2014 - Got a job with major company
2015 - Had another baby, continued YouTube channel
2016 - Focusing on YouTube and taking up side hobby of photography
2017 - Got married, moved to Washington from Arizona
2018 - Had another baby, focused on baby and travel
2019 - Moved to Montana, enjoying nature
2020 - Well this one still has to be written, but Coronavirus is ruining it

I know that was long, but thanks for catching up and I hope we chat on Discord!

So I joined Tuxedomask.com forum after hearing about it from Moonprincess.com forum, years before the join date above when the forum was updated to the current system.

First, I have to shout out to Kaitou Ace for being the first name I recognized and still very active. Man, thanks for keeping my username alive and not deleting me. It’s really cool to be able to come back and log in. Still remember my password even though my last log in was 10 years ago.

Crazy to think how much has changed since I found Sailor Moon and the forums/chat. I was a member of this forum before 9/11. Back when I logged in via a dial-up computer. Back when dating online was taboo. Back when we typed out RPGs in chats and people made references to table top and MMORPGs that I didn’t understand. I stuck to my GameBoy Color Pokémon Red. Back before nerdery was cool!

What made me think of this place? I was thinking about buying the Sailor Moon Eternals manga on Amazon to read with my daughters during this pandemic.

I remember when I logged in ten years ago, it had already seemed like the past was dead and all the members were too new. I’ll refrain from asking if anyone remembers me to avoid the same disappointment.

But! I will say that if you’re currently here, I hope you look back to your time chatting with random nerds on the internet with fondness. And I also hope the world, and you, change in many positive ways twenty years after you joined!

20 years? Oh goodness, Kaitou...you’re still older than me right?!
